2010 Annual Gathering

Evangelical Covenant Church, Lindsborg, Kansas

Thursday and Friday, April 22 & 23, 2010

Rotator

Ginger Millermon was the featured speaker for the 2010 Women Ministries Annual Gathering in Lindsborg. Ginger is a dynamic musician and speaker.

We added new events this year. Thursday evening workshops were praying the Scriptures/journaling, and making greeting cards.  Many made new friends of other women in our Conference while participating in the service project Friday morning prior to our business session and lunch.  A number of ladies prepared meals to be donated to a local woman's shelter while we learned to make low-cost, healthy meals in bulk for our own families.  Kyle Kelly share information concerning AVA and human trafficking.

Many of those who attended the 2010 Annul Gathering also did some sightseeing and shopping in the picturesque town of Lindsborg known as "Little Sweden."

Sue Radosti was the featured speaker at the First Covenant Church in Mason City, Iowa, in 2009. Her message truly blessed and challenged those who were present.  In addition to a delicious chef-prepared brunch and hearing from Sue, we had a brief business meeting and special presentations.
