Make separate detailed listing of the contents of each box being sent. Each item must be listed and valued for shipping purposes.
Enclose a copy of the packing list in the top of each box. Packing Lists - Place your return address on the box. Also, on the lower left-hand corner of the box write COVENANT.

for Mailing Funds to Cover Shipping
To
help cover shipping charges to Africa calculate the weight of the parcel
and send a check to the Women Ministries office, 5101 N.
Francisco
Ave., Chicago, IL 60625-3676. We ask that you please send a minimum of
$1.25 per pound to partially cover shipping fees. Please note
shipping charges are currently $2.50 per pound. The check should be made
payable to Women Ministries and designated "Congo Shipping
Fund." Those desiring to support the ministry can also give through
Opportunity Giving under "Congo Shipping Fund."

Eye Glasses
Good
used eye glasses are sorted in Chicago and sent to the field. Send only
glasses that are not scratched. Any glasses with either metal or plastic
frames can be sent.
